Dr. Duke has assembled a team that adheres to the highest standards in all aspects of clinical care and that treats patients with respect and empathy. Each member of our staff receives on-going certification and training in basic life support, CPR, and other emergency training. We enjoy building lasting relationships with our patients and providing the safe, comfortable, and exemplary dental care they deserve. We'll make your visit positive and comfortable.

Jean has been with our Practice since 2005. She comes with a degree in accounting and has worked in both dental and orthodontic practices. Jean will also help you with all of your billing and insurance needs. Rest assured that she will not stop until all aspects of your insurance questions or needs are completed.

Jean has worked with Special Olympics of Georgia on their management team for their equine department. She loves to read and enjoys working with dogs. Jean is a musician at her church, Andrew Chapel UMC, where she plays keyboard, flute and guitar. She is also a member of the Heart of Georgia Emmaus/Chrysalis Community.

Since 1993, Whitney has made dental patients smile! She loves being a part of our team, caring for our wonderful patients, and knowing that her job is to make people feel good. Whitney has moved to the position of Appointment Coordinator as well as having her Expanded Duties. She looks forward to serving you at each and every visit.

Whitney has two daughters and enjoys supporting them at each and every ballgame. She is a very dedicated mother and you will see her car decorated many times through the year in support of her girl's ball teams.

Farrah came to us in 2012 with 13 years’ experience as a registered dental hygienist. Her experience will bring you great confidence as she looks after your individual dental needs so be sure to ask her about the newest in electric toothbrushes and bleaching.

Shelly began her career in dental hygiene in 1987 after graduating from Albany Jr. College. She's been with us since March 2017, after working with the now retired, Dr. John Heffernan, for 30 years.

Kristi has been with our office since 2013 after she received her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from Clayton State University in 2008.

She enjoys spending her extra time with her husband, son and baby girl.  Her hobbies include crafting and sewing.  Kristi invites you to come give her the opportunity to help you with your dental care needs.

Debby has been with our office since 2008. She brings with her a love of people and works very hard to help her patients have a very positive experience.

Debby is a member of Americus First United Methodist Church where she is a member of the choir. She also enjoys gardening.

She is married and has 4 children and 7 grandchildren.

Tina came to our office in January of 2015; however she has worked with Dr. Duke for 5 years at the YDC as a Dental Assistant.  Tina graduated from Dental Assisting School in 2003 in Atlanta, Ga.

She is an active member of Union Tabernacle Baptist Church where she is the Director of the Nursery Ministry.  Tina loves working with children and this is very evident in our practice.  She loves music although she admits to singing only in the shower.

Gail worked as receptionist at Dr. John Heffernan's office for three years before coming as receptionist here in March of 2017.

Gail is married with three children and 6 grandchildren. Family is very important to her and she enjoys spending as much time with them as she can.
